Co-thinking · for founders, creators, and operators

Finish the project you’ve been stuck on for years.

I work with founders, creators, and operators who have a big project that’s been frozen for too long — not for lack of information, but because the thinking itself feels too aversive to sit with alone.

Two to four weeks of intensive co-thinking. Daily calls, async thinking between, hands-on project management. By the end the thing is unblocked and you’re moving without me.

What you get

A clear map of what’s actually stuck. Often not what you think. The first sessions surface the real shape of the block — usually an internal conflict that nobody’s named.

Resolution of that conflict. We sit with the aversive thoughts until they stop being aversive. The thing you’ve been sliding off becomes something you can hold steady.

A real plan, and the work itself moving. By the end of the engagement you’re not still thinking about doing it — it’s underway. The engagement has an endpoint by design.

Case study · Ediya

Ediya is a YouTube creator and retreat host with 400,000 subscribers. We did a two-week sprint on the brand philosophy she’d been stuck on for three years.

I’d been stuck for three years on my brand philosophy. It started as “I guess I’m a little burnt out,” and snowballed into something that got bigger and more unmanageable. It gave me a reason to doubt myself.

Working with Alex felt different. He wasn’t trying to convince me of his way — he was trying to see it from my perspective.

What stands out is how quickly we got past it. I didn’t realise how close I was.

Ediya

I feel like I found a right-hand guy — I feel force-amplified. His way of listening meant I could focus on what I was good at and trust the rest would be well-handled.

I feel myself relaxing thinking about the effect Alex had on the company as I write this.

You blew my mind a few times with our early collaborations… The deliberateness with which you approach life, thinking, learning — it’s special.

The price

Two shapes, one package per engagement.

Sprint week£600 (daily calls + async)

Standard week£300 (2–3 calls + async)

Typical engagement: one or two sprint weeks, then one or two standard weeks of taper. Total investment usually falls between £1,200 and £2,400.

The thing you’ve been trying to unblock for months or years — is it worth that to actually finish? If the answer is “yes, obviously,” that’s the right shape.
